While the mainstream media won't bother to investigate the hysteria behind global warming, climate change or whatever it's called these days, we have taken the initiative to do just that. Our conclusion is overwhelming evidence that climate change is cyclical and has been going on for billions of years. We know that liberals hate facts because facts expose their true agenda which is to use the climate change hysteria to create a perceived need for more government, regulation, seizure of personal wealth and increased infringement on your rights. So go ahead, and learn the facts right here and then you won't feel so bad about driving that SUV, kicking on the A/C or using lighter fluid to get that grille going.
Climate Change Hysteria in 1975
In 1975, liberals were predicting the onset of another ice age. The follwing is a blurb from the Newsweek Article entitled The Cooling World. "The evidence in support of these predictions has now begun to accumulate so massively that meteorologists are hard-pressed to keep up with it. In England, farmers have seen their growing season decline by about two weeks since 1950, with a resultant overall loss in grain production estimated at up to 100,000 tons annually. During the same time, the average temperature around the equator has risen by a fraction of a degree – a fraction that in some areas can mean drought and desolation. Last April, in the most devastating outbreak of tornadoes ever recorded, 148 twisters killed more than 300 people and caused half a billion dollars' worth of damage in 13 U.S. states."
Now we are hearing that for the first time in recorded history there will be no ice at the north pole. While liberals are in chicken little panic mode, the fact is that this is speculation. In fact, the amount of ice at the north pole at this very moment is actually GREATER than at this moment last year. Bet you'll never hear this little factoid on CNN.
Climate Change Hysteria Today
Today the liberals, while no less hysterical, are saying that "As early as 2020, 75 million to 250 million people in Africa will suffer water shortages, residents of Asia's megacities will be at great risk of river and coastal flooding, Europeans can expect extensive species loss, and North Americans will experience longer and hotter heat waves and greater competition for water, the report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says."
The Facts About Climate Change
The following are ten reasons that prove the global warming hoax. 1) If there were global warming would Al Gore spend ten times the average American to heat his home or fly around the world on private jets? 2) Climate change has occurred for billions of years, with at least 5 known periods of temperatures substantially warming than today. 3) Other planets are seeing similar climate change, so unless our CO2 is travelling to Mars and Pluto, liberals have a lot of explaining to do. 4) We are seeing a decrease, not an increase, in the number of hurricanes that liberals blame on global warming. 5) The polar bear population is not decreasing. To the contrary it is substantially higher than it was in the 1950's. 6) The glaciers aren't melting away. To the contrary, there are glacial ice sheets which are expanding. 7)There is no concensus among the science world. Rather there is substantial debate which liberals don't want you to know about because facts often get in the way of their lies. 8)The same person who invented global warming also claims to have invented the internet 9)Sea levels are not rising, in fact they are falling in New Zealand and Australia 10) The global warming hysteria is caused by liberals in an attempt to increase government influence in our lives. Remember, liberals are the root cause of every single problem facing our society and any time there is a call for more government, which never does anything right, we have proof positive that something is amiss.
Timothy Ball, a Canadian climatologist says,“Believe it or not, Global Warming is not due to human contribution of Carbon Dioxide (CO2). This in fact is the greatest deception in the history of science”. He continues, “We are wasting time, energy and trillions of dollars while creating unnecessary fear and consternation over an issue with no scientific justification.” Then he mentions how Environment Canada is spending billions upon billions of dollars on “propaganda” which defends an “indefensible scientific position while at the same time closing weather stations and failing to meet legislated pollution targets.” Then Dr. Ball brings up a very interesting point that everyone should take into consideration, citing that 30 years ago, in the 1970s everyone was talking about “global cooling” and how it was the defining issue of our lives, our species, that our very survival depended on what we did it about it.
